Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept returns and exchanges of items unworn, in their original condition and packaging within 30 days.

Start a Return

The following items can't be returned or exchanged: custom or personalized items, final sale items, flash sale items, or otherwise marked as not returnable on estellacollection.com.

Used, damaged, or scratched items are not eligible for a refund. All returns must be sent back in their original Estella Collection packaging or they will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Kindly note, you will be responsible for return shipping costs as well as shipping costs associated with shipping exchanged items. For your protection, please return your order with an insured trackable courier and keep your receipt and tracking information. Estella Collection is not responsible for items you send that are damaged or lost in transit. Please include a note with your name and invoice number.

Kindly note we cannot refund shipping charges on return items. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item(s). This email will also confirm that your refund has been issued. Kindly note 5-7 days for processing.

Excluding customs and other non-returnable items, most Estella Collection jewelry can be exchanged using the same process as returns. Once the return is inspected and approved, we will issue store credit that can be used to make your next purchase.

Kindly note, you will be responsible for return shipping costs, and we cannot refund the original shipping cost. You will also be responsible for paying any difference in price before your exchanged piece can be shipped to you.
