If you receive a product from Estella Collection that is incorrect or shows a manufacturing defect, we sincerely apologize and are here to help.
Manufacture Defects
Please contact us at support@estellacollection.com within a week of delivery, providing your name, order number, a brief description of the issue, and a photo of the problem. We'll work quickly to resolve it for you.
It's important to note that any manufacturing defects are typically noticeable within the first few days of use. After this period, the customer is responsible for the aftercare and upkeep of their pieces.
Estella Guarantee
Estella Collection guarantees against material and craftsmanship defects, but we do not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper storage, outside modifications, mishandling, or accidental damage. This includes scratches, dents, worn prongs, bent rings, and broken chains.
Proper Cleaning and Maintenance
To maintain your jewelry’s beauty and longevity, store it in a cool, dry place, clean it regularly, and avoid knocking it into hard surfaces. We recommend having your jewelry, especially everyday pieces, professionally inspected and cleaned every 6 to 12 months to ensure it stays in excellent condition.
