Estella Collection guarantees against all defects of materials and craftsmanship, but we don't cover damage caused by the client. This includes normal wear and tear, improper storage, outside modifications, mishandling, or accidental damage.

This kind of damage typically includes scratches or dents in metals or stones, worn prongs, bent rings, and broken chains.

Make sure to store your pieces safely and securely in a cool dry location, clean them often, and minimize knocking your jewelry into other objects during daily wear to keep them beautiful for years to come.

We recommend having your jewelry (especially your everyday) inspected and cleaned by a jeweler every six months to 1 year to keep it in good condition.
