Warranty

Your jewelry is under warranty for any manufacturing defects (in material or workmanship) for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. This does not cover scratches, damages caused by accident, abuse, neglect, improper use or storage of the product, unauthorized modifications or normal wear and tear. If you believe your piece has manufacturing defects, then send the piece back to us for inspection. We would be happy to offer complementary repair or replacement If we determine your piece has manufacturing defect. If the cause of damage is not the manufacturing then we would provide you a repair quote, if repair is possible.

If you wish to initiate a repair after a year of product purchase, please contact us for an initial estimate of the repair fee. An additional $25 will be charged for shipping and handling. Email us at support@estellacollection.com to initiate your repair process. Please note that any shipments that are sent to us using a label not created by Estella Collection is not covered by our insurance policy and we are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages.

Slight irregularities in craftsmanship is a unique characteristic of handset jewelry and should not be perceived as a flaw. These characteristics makes each piece unique.

 

Regular care of your jewelry is essential for their long-lasting wear life:

 

  • Avoid getting in the swimming pools with your jewelry on.
  • Keep your jewelry away from hairspray, perfume or other chemical as this can cause discoloration on either the metal or stone as well as cause cracks in stones.
  • Regular restorations of your prong set diamonds is a good practice in order to avoid losing or damaging your stones.

There is no warranty on theft, loss of diamonds, pearls or gemstones.
