Shipping Policy with delivery times frames (from date of shipment)

Our average processing time- same day on orders received before 2PM CST or the next business day for orders placed between 3-5PM 

Free Shipping - Economy Shipping: 5-8 business days (US orders only)

We offer UPS/USPS for our US orders and DHL/UPS/USPS for our international orders. You are able to make your carrier/ timeframe selection according to your needs. The estimated shipping timelines are listed with each carrier and their service. Estella Collection is not responsible for the time frame suggested by the shipping carriers.

Keep in mind depending on the postal code, express shipping options may not be available.

 

International

Your order will be shipped via carrier selection made by you. We will process same day for orders placed before 2PM or the next business day for orders placed between 3-5PM

Depending on your location, you may be required to provide additional customs documents or hire a broker at your expense to release your package from customs.

US

We offer free economy shipping on all orders.

You have multiple carrier selections for orders that need to be rushed.

Canada

Your shipping charges will depend on the shipping carriers / service that you select. You would be responsible for the shipping charges.

Europe

Your shipping charges will depend on the shipping carriers / service that you select. You would be responsible for the shipping charges.

International - Other
All the international buyers are responsible to pay for the shipping charges.

LAYAWAY

We offer a layaway option to customers that wish to pay in installments. Please contact us if you would like to set up a layaway plan.

All layaway orders are subject to the following:

  • A non-refundable deposit of 35%
  • The customer is obligated to track payment progress
  • Full payment is required before custom jewelry is produced or the items are shipped
  • All items purchased through this program are considered final sale
  • Plans showing no payment progress within 6 months are subject to forfeit, and items will be taken off hold.

Layaway payments and shipping and rush fees are not eligible for a refund.

Returns

You have 5 business days to notify us and 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, and in the same condition, as you received it. Your item must be in its original packaging. Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of our refund after inspecting the item.

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will notify you and begin inspecting it. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after the inspection.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on our card issuer’s policies.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchanges can only be done if notified 5 days after delivery and ONLY IF THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG with the order. If the product has a defect, please contact us via email at support@estellacollection.com. For exchanges due to an order error, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange if we believe the items purchased are intentionally damaged or have been misused. All SPECIAL ORDER/PERSONALIZED items are final sale and will not be refunded once an order has been placed. ALL RESIZED RINGS, ENGRAVED PIECES ARE CONSIDERED "SPECIAL ORDER" and are therefore non-returnable. If you have questions about personalizing a piece, please contact info@estellacollection.com BEFORE placing your order. Also, make sure that all original tags are attached, original packaging is intact and there are no signs of wear or tear on any of the jewelry.
