Shipping Policy with delivery times frames (from date of shipment)
Our average processing time is 1-3 business days.
Free Shipping - Free Shipping: 2-5 working days
We use DHL/FedEx for US and international orders as well as FedEx/Canada Post for Canadian orders. The estimated shipping timelines are listed below. Keep in mind depending on the postal code, express shipping option may not be available.
Expedited Shipping: 2 business days from the dispatch date
Express Shipping: 1 business day from the dispatch date
Your order will be shipped via DHL express and delivered between 3-5 business days from the dispatch date
Orders above $150: Free shipping OR $5 flat rate for express shipping
Orders below $150: $10 flat rate for expedited shipping OR $15 flat rate for express
Orders above $200: Free shipping OR $5 flat rate for express shipping
Orders below $200: $10 flat rate for expedited shipping OR $15 flat rate for express
Order above $200: Shipping is on us!
Order below $200: $20 shipping fee

We offer a layaway option to customers that wish to pay in installments. Please contact us if you would like to set up a layaway plan.
All layaway orders are subject to the following:
- A non-refundable deposit of 35%
- The customer is obligated to track payment progress
- Full payment is required before custom jewelry is produced or the items are shipped
- All items purchased through this program are considered final sale
- Plans showing no payment progress within 6 months are subject to forfeit, and items will be taken off hold.
Layaway payments and shipping and rush fees are not eligible for a refund.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging with the tags intact.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your returned item, we will notify you and begin inspecting it. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after the inspection.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on our card issuer’s policies.
Your return is on us. Log into your Estella account. If you did not create one at checkout, create it now. Then select “My Returns.” You will be walked through the steps for how to select the item and generate the return label.
We offer free returns for 30 calendar days after the date you received it. Please note we need to receive your returned piece back at our facility by the end of the 30-day window.
Exchanges can only be done 7 days after delivery ONLY IF THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG with the order. If the product has a defect, please contact us via email at email@example.com. For exchanges due to an order error, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange if we believe the items purchased are intentionally damaged or have been misused. All SPECIAL ORDER/PERSONALIZED items are final sale and will not be refunded once an order has been placed. ALL RESIZED RINGS, ENGRAVED PIECES ARE CONSIDERED "SPECIAL ORDER" and are therefore non-returnable. If you have questions about personalizing a piece, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org BEFORE placing your order. Also, make sure that all original tags are attached, original packaging is intact and there are no signs of wear or tear on any of the jewelry.
