Item is just as described (if not better / higher quality in person!). I've been on the search for the perfect ear cuff and was having trouble finding the right size and had to return a bunch. The open cuff makes the fit a lot more flexible, and the screw back makes the earring really secure (especially for someone who likes to fidget and have lost plenty of earring backs as a result). Highly recommend!
